What if I am physically unable to come to campus for scheduled exams?

If you cannot come to one of the campus locations to take your proctored pencil and paper exam, you will need to make your instructor aware of this situation and secure a qualified proctor with the instructor's permission.  A test proctor form must be completed and mailed to the Virtual Campus for approval two weeks prior to your requested test date. The form will be forwarded to your instructor for approval.

You can download the guidelines for securing an off-site proctor and a proctor form from the Virtual Campus web site. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view the file.  Print out the form and follow the instructions on the form.  If you would like a form mailed to you, contact the Virtual Campus.
